Need help with Website

I had someone setup hosting and a new website. They contacted a company out of the U.S. to put it together. The pics are accurate but everything else is not. I'm not 5'6" , speak French or live in Holland. They took info off of another
website I guess as a basic format. I have no idea how to edit it. Can anyone help me please?
