Uninvited Solicitations

I'm sure I am not the first person in the LV forum who has received a PM from an Upgraded Female Account basically soliciting you for business. I rely on checking the encounter availability posts and showcases to determine if there is someone I would like to visit. I don't like it when I receive a solicitation from someone who I do not know, with whom I have not had any communication previously or is not someone that meets my criteria for an encounter. Your thoughts?

I have had that happen. It opens the door to my budget at the time.
