Premium Lifetime Account Issue

I upgraded to the Premium Lifetime account a few years ago. After the site came back up, I noticed that I am unable to reach most of the reviews, etc. I keep getting the message "You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page."

I was also prompted to change my password. After changing my password and receiving the "not logged in" message, I attempted to log back. Then I was presented with the message "You have entered an invalid username or password."

Please assist with resolution.

You can only see encounter reports that have been posted since June 2018. The links to older reviews were maintained to keep people's review/encounter report counts accurate, but the content of the reviews themselves is not viewable.

When you change your password the system will send you an email with instructions to confirm that change. If you do not follow those instruction the system will behave as you described. Please check your Inbox, Junk and Spam folders of your email account. If you did not receive this email you will have to contact the Admins by email at websupport@eccie.net for assistance.

Your account currently shows as having Lifetime Premium Access.
