Used to have Premium access

Hi, before the site went down, I used to have Prrmium access to see ROS. Now that the site is back operational. I no longer have access. Do I need to submit a new "ENCOUNTER" to get my premium access again? Thanks.

Writing an encounter report that is approved will earn you 6 weeks of Premium Access credit.

To have your previous PA restored, plead your case to the admins at websupport.
