I heard that anyone under 21 can no longer put up ads on here as a provider. Is this true?
Also, what if I want to recover my old account, is that possible? I still know the username and password.

Just a small point of clarification: we no longer have "ads" on the site. We do have forums where ladies can provide updates on what they're up to.
In order for a lady to post here she has to be at least 21 and prove that to the satisfaction of the site administrators. This policy is not new; it was in effect prior to our hiatus. Her account will show the title "Female Account - Age Verified" under her handle.
After she has had an encounter report written about her, her account is upgraded to "Upgraded Female Account" which permits her to post weekly and weekend updates, and gives her access to the ladies-only areas of the site.
As to your second question about recovering an old account, I've sent you a PM. Basically you explain your situation and the admins decide what happens.
