i am in San Antonio area only for a night and it just seems impossible to get hold of anyone. On top of that being new here doesn't help.

I am guessing eccie is pretty dead now days? Time to give up

ECCIE isn't dead, but an account created same day is def be a big red flag to most reputable providers.

Unless you have some good references and screening information, you may have some issues.
