Posting Availability

I tried to post an ad in the weekend forum and after I clicked submit I received a message letting me know that it had to be reviewed before being posted. So my question is how long does it take for an ad to post ?

N i did it by accident sounds dumb yes i understand but only because i havent used eccie because it got shut down i was on other site n totally forgot couldnt post nudity on here so please help because i seem to cant see peoples profile or not do much i know i messed up but totally thought i was on otheer site n forgot the rules on here
