Returning to hobbying after 8yrs

So, this is a question for everyone. Please don’t be rude I am about to lay it all out and hopefully someone can suggest something.

I use to be very very active in Los Angeles. Wrote tons of reviews on TER, use to use cityvibe and erosla. I even had someone write a nice review about me to say I was safe to see.

That was 8years ago, since then I moved to 3 different places because of me being in the military I move often.

I decided to finally get back into this because of my status and since then I can’t access my TER account to find numbers for providers I use to see to give references because of the whole crack down on websites. And plus I doubt they would still be around. I don’t keep records because I’m very discreet person for my safety and others.

So my question is, how would I see someone if I don’t have references, there are two lovely ladies I tried seeing and both have said I needed references. I understand it’s for their safety because of the recent crack down, so I didn’t press the issue with them because it’s my problem not theirs.

Any and all help are welcome.

I don’t live in Houston, it is a 3 hour drive for me which I’m willing to make but I want to get the screening out of the way now. I live at a military base in Louisiana. It’s easier to drive to Houston then to other big cities in LA. Plus Houston has IKEA and other stores I like.

Give some credible facts like maybe where you work and your real name and have the provider check that way. I’m newbie friendly however, I do like to ask for an id to be on the safe side and have you confirm you are who you say you are. I don’t ask for the whole id to be shown. Just like name and age

Just be patient. You'll find someone newbie friendly. There use to be a newbie friendly list. Not sure it's still around. Maybe worth a search.
