Accessing reviews

Why is it i can see some reviews and not others. I get a message that tells me i dont have access. Makes no sense as i thought we could look at all review just not the ROS without PA

Reviews pre blackout are vaulted with no access by anyone. Encounters post blackout are viewable, multiple threads about this subject.

You can see a list of which member reviewed a provider and if they gave a yes or no. You could PM any one of the reviewers and ask for info on that provider. This is an arduous task but an alternative to asking a provider in a PM what services they provide if there is no encounter report posted after the rules changed.
