Complaint about Ad posting.

I am starting to get very irritated at the fact that I have to wait hours, sometimes days before my ad is posted. This has happened to me before since eccie has rebooted and now our ads have to be looked over before posted. That's fine, I get that. What I don't get is why it takes so long for the process. I post my ad at a certain time of the day because that is when I am available. With the new process, my ad is posted way later and then it completely messes with my schedule. Last time this happened to me, My ad was posted that evening at about 5pm (when I originally posted it for 7am) I also had received a warning because I posted in the same city more than once in 7 days( which wasn't the case and my warning was reversed) If someone could please do a better job with this process I'd greatly appreciate it.

If your fellow companions were able to follow the rules there would be no need for approval.
