Anyone know what’s the up charge for nuru? And what place provides it? Thanks

My experience has been that it's provider specific, not place specific. Those that enjoy providing this service do so, and there's no extra charge. You'll typically need an hour to get the nuru fun plus the other stuff in, so 30-minute sessions are typically too short.
