How many would vote?

How many of you think we need our "available now" thread back up? It was so convient and we need it back!

I voted yes. I have never used It in the past and probably will never do so but it makes too much s new not to have it.

I agree with Baby Dallas. I think it is useful since I usually hobby during lunch and it helps if you do things quickly.

Ain't gonna happen. In order to keep on the "right" side of the law and not risk being shut down as a trafficking site, this place has revamped itself as a "social network" vice an escort marketing site. An "available now" area pretty much is an escort marketing tool, and probably puts the owners, admins, and mods at some jeopardy they don't need or want to be placed in.

And that doesn't invalidate the original reasons the "available now" area was taken away (mod headaches and ladies bending the rules to the point of breaking). It just adds an additional reason for the mods/admins to ignore this vote.

Since our ads need to be approved (hours) now before posting, I don't see how an available now thread couldn't be much different...with the new rules our ads will not be up until hours after we made them and that's so not convenient at all. It's a pain now just to get on the weekend or weekly ad forum.

It would be nice to have up. With my work schedule and being on call means I can't plan a damn thing. So when I had a few hours it would be nice to waste as little time as I can.

Fair point, and I think an apt one since no one really knows what the impact of FOSTA/SESTA is going to be. This is a concern I have had - literally everything that's happened to this site and all others is just in response to legislation that has yet to be implemented. It doesn't become law until January 1, 2019 if I understand correctly. Under the new Eccie. Do providers now have to pay a fee to post ads? If so it would make sense for them to bring back the available now thread. Try and make profits every way they can.
