I've had success hosting in the Galleria as a touring companion. But I assume there are more ideal neighborhoods to stay in if one is based in Houston.
I like the spring area too not many up this way on the sexy side

The energy corridor is great location to set up; good bars, restaurants, and easy access to major highways.
I’m in the Galleria and rarely get complaints. Plus, I love living here...I rarely go more than about 4 miles from my place because everything is right here.
