I have been to Bucks Dallas and The Men's Club when they have stayed open until 4 am on Fridays and Saturdays before.
Once the alcohol stops flowing at 2 am, the place clears out even with all the dancers still there.
I guess in this case, if you were willing to tough it out and stay there until 7 am, they can legally start selling you alcohol again.
