Safest way to start a date (verify no LE)?

ScubaBad's Avatar
If I take the plunge on a girl that doesn't have a review, what is the best way for both of us to verify that we aren't LE? Can someone point me to a concise thread here or on the internet for the do's and don'ts upon first arrival (incall or outcall).

Dude, there isn't anything "concise". LOL. It's all about the gut and experience.

First you need a set of criteria that makes you comfortable before you commit. For instance, somewhere on the world wide web she'll have something posted about her. Google her phone number, her name, tineye her, whatever. If you don't find something, anything move on, no one who advertises is that new . If you do get a hit, evaluate it accordingly. Barring that, my last litmus test is if there's no nudity in the pic, move on.

If she doesn't met that criteria, you've just increased your chances of getting busted. Once you've walked onto the premises you've pretty much committed to what ever happens. Trust me, once you're there there's not much you need to say or not say. Get a lawyer.

If you're scared, go to church. They do hook up there too, you know. You just pay much, much differently.

Jakie, you are always witty, but I never asked for 100% assurance. There is a difference between being scared and trying to be responsible and as safe as possible.

Everyone is saying that once you walk in the door there is NOTHING that you can do to try to be careful?

So I should just run in the door toss money at her and pull out my dick and it would be no different legally than having the donation discretely placed in an envelope and asking or saying something specific??
Correct, the minute you knock on the door, if it is LE, you are got. You might beat the rap,
but you wont beat the ride...

OK, is there ANYTHING that can be done to help increase your chances of beating the rap?

Scuba- the peeps here are making a valid point. Once you are there a cop check is useless bc they got you. If you whip it out in front of the po po it is prolly lewd and lascivious. If you touch them it's prolly sexual battery. Go with the ladies with reviews and you have the best chance.

The actual cop check would involve pinching a breast or the lady touching u in some way.

+1 to Carlie. Once you walk in the door you will be getting at least one free meal. It's only a misdemeanor but can be a major pain in the ass. Have a lawyer's number handy if you're going to play.

Some women have standards and class and dont need to post nude photos in ads. Others well I guess thats their business and if they want it all out there then good for them I guess lol.

Also there is nothing saying that LE cant steal pics off the internet that are nude toppless etc and post a ad, if they can lie about being a cop they can certainly post pics that are not of them! It takes no time at all to crop out, blur the face or photoshop a face.
@Scuba - My point in my previous statement was in that in everything there are inherent risks. Even in going to church - some would argue more so in going to church . . . LOL.

This thread and a few others here lately in the KC forum have directly or indirectly taken aim at what can be done to avoid the perils of being confronted by LE while participating actively in this endeavor.

The answer is simple, and Carlie is correct - nothing can be done - you do your research and take your chances . . . the "Oh, if you just do this and . . . Oh, if you just do that", suggestions that float around usually only end up adding yet another charge and make fodder for a good joke at roll call then next day at the precinct house.

You can beat the rap; but you are taking the ride.

@Raina - there are numerous instances of LE using nudity in photographs that have been culled from Internet sources . . . and, although I understand your point and your personal preference (and I respect them both), I would suggest to you that nudity can be presented with class.
