Physical Description: Really have no clue since she was invisible. She confirmed our appointment for this morning at 10:00 PM last night. I drove 40 miles to San Marcos, texted her twice as requested, then called twice. No response, no call back to apologize, reschedule or cancel. Then she set the Google voice to say the number was out of service. I was courteous and polite, she was inconsiderate. Lost out on a regular customer and about $10,000 for a year.
Recommendation: No
Thanks for sharing. It just takes one poor performance to ruin a reputation.

She is a business lady. She has to let you know that she will not make the meeting. If not, she gets a NCNS. She did it, she gets the report.
If you set up a meeting and she gives you number and email but don't answer either, then she isn't a good business lady.
I'd do the same.
Late is different. NCNS is like death to a business.
