Posts like this are referred to as SPAs...self posted alerts.

Essentially, members who post like this are exhibiting bad behavior and warning the ladies he might be someone they want to avoid. In addition, the new directive by the owner taskng the moderators with eliminating insults, rudeness, bullying, etc., will put him in jeopardy of being sent on a vacation from the site if he keeps posting like this.
