Been more or less retired as a hobbyist since I got married and stopped tracking the life. Have a couple of questions if any are in a mood to answer.

Recommendations for a hobby phone. Obviously I want one that can’t be tied to me, anyone use the straight talk service? From what I read I can use it without having to prove who I am.

I’d like to know what the current donation is for the amp’s. Since things have changed here they are either not listed are bcd. This can be provided via pm since it’s not openly listed anymore.

There are many options for a hobby phone. These phones are cheap, and last for a year or two and then won't power on.

I personally buy mine from Walmart. Walmart is a store I purchase items from all the time and it's a convientant (sp?) stop on my way home. Purchasing from a store I regularly buy from makes it's easy to buy refill cards without suspicion.

The hardest part for me is finding a place to hide the phone. Make sure your phone is off unless you plan to hobby.
