All my Vegas visit musts...

Hey y'all...

I'm in your neck of the woods fairly frequently, November being the next planned voyage. My top musts when I visit your fair city are:

Pig out on Rosatti's wings and pizza
(yes, I realize it's a chain but we don't have it here in Texas and it is SO YUMMY!)

Visit The Source a couple times

Stay South of the strip and hot tub hop with a Yeti Mug filled with ice and Jack Daniels

Drive the Lake Mead rec trail, get out, snap impromptu photos (see avatar)

Hike the Historic railroad trail (season permissive of course.)

Any like minded folks looking to make a new friend soon may feel free to inbox me or reply.

There's a cool public place outside of Tecopa, CA that has a nice little hot spring. A little bit of a hike off the road but worth finding and spending some time. I've camped there overnight and had a great time with friends.

Rosati's is actually a pizza chain from Chicago. It's what I grew up on back home and the only pizza I ever order. Litterally threw a party when they came to Vegas years ago. Thin crust cut into squares is actually what Chicago locals eat. Deep Dish is a tourist thing that most Chicago natives don't eat often, if ever. Unless someone from out of town wants to try it.

I've gone to the location closest to SouthPoint and the one @Rainbow/215

Ah, I'm way on the NW side of town. For the South side of town I can also highly recommend Windy City Beef and Pizza. Owned and run by a couple originally from Chicago. Same style pizza as Rosati's and also sell grateful Italian Beef and Chicago style hotdogs. http://www.wcbnpizza.com
