They say that our sense of smell can connect us directly with emotional memories in our past. Different odors can change our moods. (If you get a chance, smell some real rose oil, not the fake stuff but the kind that costs $125 an ounce, I guarantee you will feel different.) So lets relate it to our hobbies.
Here's an interesting question for everyone. What unusual scents/smells turn you on, get your gears in motion, and make you want to rut like an animal? And conversely, what are the unusual scents that turn you off? I'm not talking the typical ones here, but a scent that most people wouldn't necessarily associate in that way.
For me, I love the smell of a woman who is turned on. Especially when I dine at the 'Y', I like a nice slightly musky scent. Not the fish oil smell, cause that is nasty to me, but a scent that lets me know she is a woman. I'm not a fan of other scents down there, especially citrus/fruit smells. I also love sweat, mostly. Most sweat to me is sexy, and a turnon, however some people's sweat just smells nasty to me. I haven't found a correlation yet, but if they have "sexy sweat" I'd give 'em a tongue bath from head to toe. Also, I enjoy a very slight odor when I DATO. Nothing overpowering, but just a hint of an occasional scent to remind me I'm being naughty... Sandalwood also gets me in the mood, thanks to my incense-using carefree college days. And believe it or not, freshly laundered linens with that clean Bounty smell get me going too, something about it just screams "Make me smell dirty!" and I'm always one to oblige.
Smells that turn me off - coconut is one. Coconut oil doesn't usually bother me TOO much, but occasionally it overwhelms me and I just don't like it. Lysol also is an erection killer for me, as well as bleach. Heavy, overly floral perfumes, Chanel no 5, and Obsession but only if the room temperature is hot.
So who here has an interesting scent that drives them wild in either a good or bad way?
