I just saw that today. I heard a while back that one guy was in a local Kum & Go bragging that he took in 3 to 4 hundred per day. I know if there aren’t very many cars there they pull out their cell phones. But they are quick to put them up when it gets busy.

The guy at the corner of Hwy 62 and I49 has been busted walking his wheelchair out to the corner. I hate that this crap makes people skeptical of giving money to those that truly need it.
