Request and iso

Can a provider help me understand why providers do not reply to request and iso. Appears Dallas does it right and Austin and San antonio get very little response. Messaging seems to not work either. Is there a reason I am missing. Please if privacy is a reason message me.

I reply to iso that fit both our preferences in private messaging.
