Two times while sitting in my car in the Gates Walmart parking lot while my wife was shopping I've noticed a young blonde girl pacing back and forth on the side of Rite Aid Pharmacy.
Both times a differant car picked her up and brought her back about 20 minutes later. Does anybody know who she is?
