I tried a 30 minute at the one just North of I-410 on Perin Beitle. Got one of the Best HJ's i've had.

Yeah...saw that when I went to visit Kings. I live off Culebra and seems like everything is on Perrin Beitel and Walzem

that 410 / perrin beitel area is really going downhill fast. lots of sketch people wandering the street and hanging outside of storefronts.

hell i havent lived in satx sine 00 and it was like back then, you couldn't even eat at the jims on the other side of 410 without being swarmed
For the most part the places off PB are HJ only. There are a couple that offer more like 8 at PB & 1000 oaks.

However, I did see a new Spa on De Zavala closer to Babcock than Fantasy Spa.

The sign just says Massage. I'll check it out tonight after traffic dies down.
