Lovely Luna? Communication problems?

Haven’t used ECCIE in a while. Got back on here as I’m visiting CC and don’t know anyone in the area. Like any seasoned hobbyist I searched reviews. Luna caught my attention. Contacted via PM then through text. Agreed on arrangements and time. She’s gone ghost and not responding. I didn’t see any mention of this in reviews. Was wondering if any locals have had the same issue. Also looking for recommendations for a reliable, mature friend. Thanks.

Luna has all was had good communication skills unless she is traveling, then she slow to respond.

She responded quickly with an agreed upon time then quit responding. Her reviews are reputable (that’s why I was interested). I figured I’d get a courtesy message if she was unable to make it.
