LMT w/HE

Anyone out there in Des Moines? Been doing some landscape work and pulled a muscle in my shoulder as well as my hand going numb. Probably carpal tunnel.
Anyways the AMP’s are hit or miss on the quality and they wouldn’t give attention to certain spots anyways.
