So I’m off to get some oral surgery. Wish me the best of luck, prayers, and good vibes, I’ll be out of it for a week.

Oof, I wish you well. Take the pills exactly how they tell you to and for as long as they tell you to. Even if you feel fine.

your body cannot make collagen without vitC/lysine/proline


so get 5g+ of vit C, not all at once
and eat some eggs/eggwhites


and this is science

AND experience, as i had a tooth pulled and was eating hours later *( i took 8 grams through outhte day of vit C)
the only way to save the tooth was a root canal
but
Id never get a root canal, ie TOXIC TOOTH
