Tax The Rich!

Like I have said before, tax the rich all you want, but don't expect it bring the results you want. I'm just being realistic, I don't like the rich either, and I hope to hate myself someday, too. Ah, Lottery!

My guess is that they haven't filed their returns yet. Although if they did leave, I bet the didn't come to Kansas (6.5%) or Missouri (6%) with their high tax rates.
