I've been to Bamboo a few times, and just wondering if any others are in that area? I'm perfectly fine with just L1.

The 75 Corridor is SubAMP Shangri-La. Plenty o' places. Some offer snacks. Others offer the Full-Meal Deal.
Might I suggest trying a Search for Spa+Richardson+[options you seek]. Then, extend your search to Garland and Plano. I am sure you will find something that meets or exceeds Bamboo's offerings.
