From '14 to early '17 I was a semi-regular at this place and usually received a decent L1, with occasional NE. During those years, there would usually be at least two decent-looking providers in the 30-40 range sitting on the sofa near the entrance. I would ask to be taken to the back room and always got my way.

However, the last time I went there in early '17 the only provider was Lisa the owner, who is over 50 and about a 2/10. She insisted that we use the front room behind the counter so she could deal with anyone who came in. Always a bad sign. She skipped the massage and went straight for some AP then asked me to flip after a few minutes. She then delieved a rushed L1 that was, well, painful. Needless to say I left no tip and have not been back.

However, should you decide to try this place, I suggest that you park on the street behind the strip center and walk around what used to be a bank. DO NOT settle for Lisa. INSIST on another girl or leave. INSIST on going to a back room. And leave by the back door that leads to a quiet street where you can get to your car discreetly.

Or, try Peony on the I30 frontage road accross from Bass Pro Shop. Recommend the 45-min. session so with tip, you can get what you need for under a benjamin. DO NOT go to Lavendar next door as it is L0.

As always, YMMV.

JimmyJoe, you might want to give it another try. You haven't been to close to 2 years and while I've only been going for the last 18 months or so, the talent seems to have improved since your last visit.

I think Peony now goes by the name Sunshine. I haven't been there in a year or so due to Lisa's being a better choice for talent, at least for me.

Lavender's a definite L0 but a good choice for just a massage.
DDM, thanks for the intel. I guess these fringe subamps have a hard time with staffing because as I said, it was good for a while then went steadily down hill. Nice to hear it's on the rebound. What time-frame do you recommend?

I agree with you that Peony/Sunshine has marginal talent but has always been reliable in terms of services rendered.

I've wondered how Lavendar stays in business. It's not exactly on the beaten path.
Lavender has a special schtik. They will bathe you in a wood tub with lavender in it. It's a pamper spa for men & women.
Things are looking up on Lakeview Parkway, I just had a great massage from a young beautiful Chinese girl with long hair with come fuck me eyes.
@Skyboy care to give details? Name of place and/or of provider
@ Lisa's Massage
I didn't get her name
She's tall and thin and she has a great ass
Went to Sunshine about a couple of months ago. During the conversation the massage therapist said the L--- is owner of both Lavender and Sunshine and that she still does massage with appointment at either place. So, you never know. Maybe she has come across the perfect business model: Lavander for the purists, Sunshine for the liberal-minded.

However, if a practitioner of the relaxation arts were to schedule appointments there,....hmmmm.....

A recent review at Sunshine talked about an L0 experience.

Goes to show nothing's ever for sure. I've been to Lavender three times and each time got L0 but good massages.

Billogoods, I didn't try the bath option, didn't realize it was on the menu.
From the website:

"Unique Wood Bath

Unique wood bath, you have two choices of essential oils on the wood bath ( Relax & Detox) Your choice: lmprove Sleep, Soothing Pressure, Promote Blood Cycle, Romantic Petal"
"...Promote Blood Cycle..."

My blood cycle could use a promotion.
You know, there use to be a few "oriental bath houses" on Emerald, back before Dallas decided to clean shop, in the 80s. I always wanted to try one of those. I guess this is as close as you can get to that, now.

Went back to Lisa's today and was introduced to Andi (sp?). Cute, tall, skinny 20s something. Andi gives a nice massage and a sexy L1. All touching on her was over the clothes but a very nice session. I recommend her; review to follow.
