They also signed up for approving (for PA) correctly filled out encounter reports. I bet there is nothing in the job description that says "as a moderator you are required to make all necessary corrections" so that it will qualify for approval.

They're probably free to let reviews stand as submitted and not qualify for PA. I wonder how many reports would be submitted totally correct after a couple months of that policy?
