A recent study by Austrian researchers has shown that a compound in semen, called spermidine, can have a dramatic effect on life span. Applied to yeast (4x increase), fruit flies (30% increase), and worms (15% increase), it was shown to increase life span. It has also been applied to human immune cells, and they lived longer too. Spermidine works by promoting the cellular process of autophagy, a kind of self cleaning that removes cellular garbage that can harm the body.

So, ladies, I strongly recommend that you regularly take oral doses of spermidine, and I, for one, am very willing to help provide the substance...

well JAG,BigC and rpm to answer that question of what kinda of wine,would be white wine but not the cheap wine and some strawberries.let me get a bottle of that down and kicking in i dont think you would beable to handle me.i love being shy it so much fun.but get me relaxed and a few good drinks in me i can be pretty kinky..Just dont let the secret out..

While I like all wine very much, I don't need that to take my "medicine!" I don't even mind cheap wine, as long as it isn't the gallon-jug-for-$5 or Boone's Farm caliber of cheap wine. There are some decent "cheap" ones for $8-10/bottle. I love Toasted Head Chard, Menage a tois red, Fat Bastard, and many others that are relatively cheap. :-)

Wow, this is getting to be a great discussion. Now I know how to really get Gloria going, I know that Dallas and Tess will live forever, and I know that there's a wine called Menage a Trois red! Glad I saw that article!
