Hopeing for a better understanding of the rules

Not trying to start drama, just trying to understand the rules. I had some pictures removed from a review earlier today that were attached in the ROS. Looking at the FAQs, it looks like pics are allowed if they're in the ROS or in private tags.


Would like clarification with what I'm doing wrong.
