Thanks WJ. Yes, like you said. I didn’t have premium access back then so couldn’t read Ros. I vaguely remembered there were some issues with service. Didn’t see any recent reviews, either here or on the other site. So took a chance and boy what a disaster. Now reading your review link, my experience was almost nearly identical. We live and learn!!
