A good massage is hard to find. As for hair & nails, I've had a couple o' prime nail jobs.

I’ve reliably gotten L1 there. Masseuses have every right to be YMMV. That said, IMO the place to rave over a legit massage is Yelp.

I see nothing wrong with him saying yes - he makes it clear it was L0 in the Activities so if you’re not interested in L0 just don’t read the review. The recommendation field is pretty marginally of use to me and I never make a decision based on that. Reading the RotS provides the info for making a decision.
