Logging out?

I just spent the last three hours writing a review and got logged off. The review was lost. How can I keep this from happening again?

If I am writing something long like for school or something, I will always. Copy and paste on a notepad or click save every do often just in case something happens so I don't have to start at the drawing board
Thank you for all the info. I will start over.
I compose mine on an email account and simply use Save As Draft after naming. Then I can back and forth as often as I want to edit prior to copy & paste to eccie (or other review templates) when time to publish. There is also spelling and grammer edits there too. I may take a week or longer to compose a review PLUS - I keep the draft.
When I wrote reviews, I used to write them in a Word Document and then Cut and Paste to the appropriate fields, then I started using my email account and Saving as a Draft until complete.

I like writing them in my email account more than in a Word Document.

Just finished. Thank you all for the info. Posting now.
