They were tough to get a hold of initially, but easy to reach once screened. I definitely remember trying a few times over the course of a month before I heard anything.
May just have to keep trying. They seem like a smaller agency. They do seem like the best thing going in the Atlanta Asian scene, despite one bad visit (as mentioned the others were great).
