Or the new Luxury spa on Harry Hines between Blue and Nagoya (which are also great choices depending on what you're looking for). NYNY, Rainbow, Bali, and TopStar are among my other favorites of late.
Read the reviews to target the provider (not the spa) based on your preferences. Avoid the places infrequently reviewed (there's a reason for the silence).

Bali, NYNY LH and Number 1 all close together can't go wrong with Cece at #1
