Motel next to BDD

Guys, I will be in town next week and want to spend an evening at BDD without having to drive. When I was there a couple years ago I noticed a Motel almost right next door. Is it still there and if so can anyone tell me its name. Just looking for a bed, don't need anything fancy. Thanks in advance.

Comfort Suites is good.

But the one behind it Studio 6 Dallas, stay away from it.

Thanks guys, I found the reservations Website - $106.12 a night. Maybe if I'm lucky I can find one of the travelling dancers that needs a place to stay and split the room cost with her - lol.

It used to be a Holiday Inn and it wasn't a bad place. I've stayed there several times. When you try to set up OTC dancers are bad with logistics so having an outcall location close by helps. I can't speak for what changes have happened since Comfort Suites took over sometime in the middle of last year but it was always safe and clean for a mid level hotel.

A better hotel around the corner behind Red River is the new Holiday Inn. The hotel is brand new and has a couple of entrances if you or your date want to come in and out without being seen. It's still very close to bdd and on some nights cheaper than the Comfort Suites...

Don’t leave nothing valuable in your car. The area is not the greatest. But l’ve stayed there a few times and never had any problems.

You are more likely to see traveling dancers in extended stay type places.
There's a MCM Elegante Hotel & Suites Dallas across the Northwest Highway too.

Yeah but when you are in a drunken stupor you don’t want to be crossing northwest highway at night.

Comfort suites is a better hotel than mcm.

In that area, the only two decent hotels are the comfort suites and country inn which is an old courtyard hotel.

Half of the room cost would be $53 so you would be in debt to her for another $147 dollars for the first hour.
I understand the wishful thinking though.....lol

Plus do you want to risk having her steal all your stuff (including all your luggage) and walk out on you while you sleep or while you are in the shower?
One day while leaving BDD, I literally seen a male prostitute running full speed out of that hotel and down the street. All he had on was a thong.

I'm thinking most people don't get the humor Jay Hawker was getting out.
