I love this story. "For several years..." SERIOUSLY?!?!?!? Try several DECADES. Seriously I first heard about this my senior year at UTEP, 1992/93. And it wasn't new at that point. LMAO

The city of El Paso can not afford to have a establishment like that with Bento now running for president.
