LE Used Sneak and Peek Warrent to Arrest Robet Kraft

So LE can get a warrant to sneak into a business (AMP) and set up video surveillance. I hope they Haven’t been doing that in Dallas!
they wait for everyone left the building then come in and do it. If they spend all that time and energy to fight crime on street, we are must better today

I don't take any chances.. I look around the room like I'm facing a camera, and say, loudly, "here is the $200 I owe you for the 1974 Pacer, with the damaged head gasket and bald tires"!

the Provider always looks frightened after I say that, but I manage to settle her down, quickly, with soft kisses and tender nipple play.
why not 300$ or 100$ but 200$ ???
How the fuck are these "warrants" even legal? Sneaking into a business and then recording everything then determining what is legal or not.
they record you give provider $ then you 2 have sex, they call it prostitution charge, sex trafficking

How is it legal? They convince a judge that a crime is probably going on. They call that probable cause. It’s enough for a warrant to get pretty much anything that’s likely to lead to evidence of the crime. It’s a pretty low hurdle to clear.

To convict, of course, they need a jury to believe beyond a reasonable doubt that the crime was committed. But a jury can make inferences from the evidence. Paid $200. Got laid. Went back and did it again. All on video. That’s enough right there.
why don't they make all this legal like in Canada so they can collect tax and screen for stds …. when the guy need get laid he has to get it that human nature, as long as 2 adults agree on it. all providers are in their 30 , 40 how they call it traffic and under age ??

Food for thought.

Originally intended to combat Terrorism, it's being used for anything non Terrorism related including the smallest of misdemeanors.

Like I mentioned in another thread (not related to this Robert Kraft case) that the USA is no longer a free country and hasn't been since 9/11 and the Patriot Act:

of course a couple of members with blinders on said I don't know what the fuck I am talking about.

The misdemeanors are a byproduct. They are trying to get the owners on major felonies. Most of the non famous guys caught with their pants down will probably get their cases dismissed in exchange for their testimony.

was legal long before the Patriot act.
Been used for years, and will continue to be.
Perfectly legal, thanks to the Patriot Act.

Where is ShysterJon when we need him to 'splain all this?
This literally goes directly against the 4th amendment and I don't know how this has not ended up in the supreme court.

Those scumbags in the HPD were just busted LYING to get their no knock warrant and look what happened. These assholes will lie as much as they can get away with.
