PM’s are not showing up in my private messages

I receive an Eccie message notice at my regular “Jilly” email address. However, when I log in and go to Private Messages,the message is not there. Any suggestions?

That happens to me now and then. Sometimes it takes a couple days, sometimes a couple hours.
