I just wanted to give you a update on health to my friends that I have been communicating with about this subject, I have been doing very well and the operation ,very possible may not need to be performed, I am going to be able to go back to working out again.Hopefully I can look a little more buff.thank you for all the support I have received,it made a big difference to me and helped me work harder to get better!
