This seems to be one of the reviews that recently fell into a bottomless pit. At least it did not show up on the review processing queue.
I read it and requested 6 weeks PA for you.
I also moved it from Tndependent Reviews to Studio. I am not sure why, but I have noticed that reviews for this group often are written as independent.
