It's not at all difficult to look up a lady's Bio Page here, and include it for the website/URL entry in the Encounter Report form. Had you included it, I'd have given you a B+ for your effort. (The bio page also includes an her email address, and it wouldn't have killed you to include that as well, though I won't take off for it on the grade because it's accessible through the Bio Page.
