do they has a private or semi private areas like CL? charges at the clubs?tips? am info for someone whos never been there. Im familiar wit CL from late last year so how does it compare?

Yes, they have semi-private areas. I've not been to CL since it was CR, so I have no idea if they are similar.
My best suggestion for someone that has never been there would be to go there. It will tell you a lot more than what we can describe here. You can pretty quickly figure out what the semi-private (VIP) areas are. Or, grab a waitress and they can show you the booths that can be had for the price of a bottle at $140 (and up), the rooms behind the upstairs bar that go for $325, and the top-end rooms that go for $650. Don't forget to tip the manager who delivers the bottle. By the way, buying a bottle gets the girl of your choice skipped on her next stage round. The more expensive rooms come with two skips or possibly an all-shift skip (varies with management).
Tips? Dances are $20. Personally, I never tip extra outside of VIP, but if you want to negotiate some special arrangement that's up to you. If you want a VIP visit, it's whatever you can negotiate with the girl. Every girl is different. My advice, never pay by the hour; instead pay by the visit which is defined as whenever you are satisfied that you want to let her go.
As always, tipping your waitress well can pay benefits. And I forgot to mention, the area backstage is VIP during day shift.
*Edit* One other thing I forgot to mention. Some areas outside of VIP are more private than others. I should say semi-private; of course, nothing is really private.
