I got verified years ago via P411. I'm not sure if they still do that. They are very strict however so don't take it personally. I tried to "vouch" for a friend from out-of-town and they weren't having it. Good luck. They are worth the trouble.

Will try again. They seem happy with thhe clientele they currently have and not keen on new ones.
