Expose

So what happened to Expose? It’s been closed for the past week, any ideas? I live across the street from there and I was like wtf!!!

Probably what happened is that the land value is too high to pass up and pretty scarce on SoCo so the owner decided to sell. It would make sense to develop it into mixed use.
