Ruby Or Relief

So i'm placing this here, rather than ISO.
I'm traveling in and staying at 1604 @ 35.
I see Ruby and Relief close by.
It bothers me that a DPS drivers license office is in the same parking lot as Relief, but Relief has better reviews than Ruby's.
Based on local intel, is there any danger at Relief ?

Never had an issue at Relief being close to the DPS office. That being said, Relief is mostly a L1 type amp while Ruby can be FS. I have had really good massages at Relief, not so much at Ruby as far as the actual massage part lol.
