Did Rose Spa close?

Hi all, I'm visiting from out of town.
Went by Rose off 183 and Lake creek but their banner/logo/sign seem to have been removed from the building. The door was locked with a handwritten sign that says "booked tonight"
Phone went straight to voice mail. Anyone knows what happened?

The signage was removed a long time ago.

I called again and they answered. Said they couldn't make it due to weather.

They're definitely still open though
